GENERAL INFORMATION
The TSC TTP-644MT consists of the 203dpi TTP-2410MT, the 300dpi TTP-346MT and 600dpi TTP-644MT.
All of these printers are a "4 inch" thermal transfer (TT) printers which work with label stationery from 25.4 to 116mm (1 to 4.5") wide and the maximum printable width is 104mm (4.09").
The 203dpi models have a maximum print speed of 356mm (14") per second.
The 300dpi models have a maximum print speed of 254mm (10") per second.
The 600dpi model has a maximum print speed of 102mm (4") per second.
The printers have the following dimensions 270mm (10.63") x 308mm (12.13") x 515mm (20.28") (W x H x D) and weigh 15kg (33.07lbs).
PRINTER LANGUAGES
The printers run under TPSL-EZ which emulates Zebra ZPL and Zebra EPL and can also be programmed to create stand-alone applications.
FONTS AND BARCODES
The printers come with 8 alpha-numeric bitmap fonts and the CG Triumvirate Bold Condensed scaleable font.
The printers can print most 1D barcodes and Data Matrix, QR code, PDF417, Maxicode and Aztec 2D symbols.
INTERFACE OPTIONS
The printers come with USB 2.0, Serial, Parallel and Ethernet LAN communications, and a SD card slot. 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi or Bluetooth are user installable accessories which plug into the Serial port.
MEDIA HANDLING
The label media can be fed through a slot in the rear of the printer or internally housed as outside wound rolls up to 208.3mm (8.2") diameter on 25.4 to 76.2mm (1 to 3") cores.
The printer offers tear-off where the printed stationery is removed by pulling it against a tear bar.
A Peel-off module is available as a pre-delivery option with a new printer.
An internal Rewind module is available as a pre-delivery option with a new printer and works with rolls of up to 152mm (6").
A Quick cutter, Guillotine cutter, heavy duty Rotary cutter, or a Care Label cutter is available as user installable accessory.
LABEL SENSORS
The printers have an adjustable transmissive gap sensor which works with die-cut label stationery, and labels and tags punched with suitable holes.
The printers also have an adjustable reflective sensor for label stationery with black registration marks printed on the under surface.
MEMORY
The printers come with 128MB Flash and 128MB DRAM memory.
The Flash memory can be expanded by up to 32GB by inserting a SD card in the slot.
LABEL MEDIA
The TSC TTP-644MT Series are thermal transfer (TT) printer models and can print on TT label media with a ribbon or on direct themal (DT) label media without a ribbon.
The label media must be outside wound and can be continuous, die-cut, black marked, fan-fold or notched. The media width can be from 25.4 to 118mm (1 to 4.6") wide.
The minimum label length is 5mm (0.2") for normal printing and 25.4mm (1") when used in peel-off or cutter modes.
The outer diameter of the label media rolls must not exceed 208.3mm (8.2") and the core size can be 25.4 to 76.2mm (1 to 3").
THERMAL TRANSFER RIBBONS
The ribbons can be inside or outside wound in rolls of up to 90mm (3.54") on 25.4mm (1") cores.
The ribbon length corresponds to a maximum of 600m (1968').
The ribbon width is 25.4 to 114.3mm (1 to 4.5").

Our standard charge for 2-3 day delivery to most locations in mainland UK is £10.
This charge is subject to a weight limit of 20Kg.
For consignments which are heavier than 20Kg we reserve the right to add a surcharge.
If your order includes products from more than one manufacturer we may need to ship items from more than one warehouse and in such circumstances there may be a carriage surcharge.
We will agree any carriage surcharge with you before accepting your order.
